We currently run two core shifts. The core hours of production operation however, run from 6:30 a.m. to 1:45 am. Presently our second shift operates on a four, ten-hour day, work week.

It takes every single person, at every level of the organization, to participate daily in cleaning and organizing activities. Everyone contributes, not only in their work areas, but in overall up-keep of our production floor.

Most associates work with us through a local agency for the first 90 days. Benefits begin immediately once a team member is on F.I.T.’s payroll.

We mostly work with agencies for hiring. We prefer to payroll through our partners for a minimum of the first 90 days, allowing both parties to get to know one another and assess, on all performance levels and skill factors, if the relationship is the right fit for the position.

Additional hours, above core shift hours, may be necessary at times to meet business needs and customer demands. All associates should plan for the ability to extend the workday/workweek beyond core hours when necessary. As much advance notice as possible will be given, when possible, so that they may plan accordingly. It is important to note that this may involve shift adjustments.
